rbajee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rbajee platform and all services included within it. By visiting the rbajee website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users of the rbajee platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Where these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered the original document. rbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will be published on the website on the date they take effect.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on rbajee and take part in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. rbajee may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, within the same household, or on the same device or IP address, rbajee reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel any related bonuses.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and identity document details — must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect or misleading information will prevent account verification and may result in withdrawal requests being rejected. Any change in details must be reported to the rbajee support team without delay.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or completing transactions above a certain limit, rbajee may require identity verification (KYC). A clear photo of a national ID card, passport or driving licence, as well as proof of mobile wallet ownership, may need to be submitted.

The user is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, contact rbajee support immediately.

rbajee will never ask for your password or OTP via email, phone or chat. If an unknown person claims to be an rbajee representative and requests this information, it is a fraud attempt — report it to support immediately. For security purposes, using a strong password and changing it regularly is strongly advised.

rbajee will not be liable for any loss caused by the user's own negligence. However, if a problem arises due to a technical error, rbajee will investigate and take appropriate action.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on rbajee is ৳300. Payment methods available for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The name and mobile number registered on the account must be used when making a deposit; funds sent from a different number may take longer to verify.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification and Security Checks

For large withdrawal requests, rbajee reserves the right to carry out additional verification. If evidence of suspicious activity is found, the withdrawal will be temporarily held while an investigation is conducted. Withdrawals of large amounts may not be processed if the account has not been fully verified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

rbajee's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

Another example: depositing ৳20,200 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 (the maximum limit), a total balance of ৳30,200, and a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus can be claimed only once and is non-transferable.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Unusual betting patterns or any attempt to abuse the bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

rbajee's VIP programme has five tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier. Cashback is paid at a set rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

All games on the rbajee platform are conducted fairly and transparently. rbajee reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or game system error or bug. In cases of faulty results or technical issues, decisions will be made based on the last verifiable data.

Players must place bets on their own judgement and at their own risk. rbajee does not guarantee any game outcome and makes no promise of winnings. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider and represents a long-term mathematical average — the result of any individual session may differ from this figure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbajee platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
• Playing using software bots, automated scripts or artificial methods.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions under another user's identity or using their wallet.
• Taking advantage of any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Any form of fraudulent or dishonest activity.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

rbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations. In the event of a suspension, the user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to raise a complaint. The decision will be finalised after the investigation is complete.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining before closure may be withdrawn subject to applicable conditions. If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, that bonus will be cancelled.

rbajee believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. The platform provides tools for responsible gaming, such as setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and the option to temporarily pause an account.
